Returns and Exchanges Policy

At JIMIsCAPs, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following returns and exchanges policy to ensure a smooth experience.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery (or order date, depending on your policy).
  • The item must not be on the non-returnable list, such as:
    • Personalized or custom-made items.
    • Clearance or final sale items.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@jimiscaps.com or WhatsApp 626-253-7090 [CR1] within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible). Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.


3. Return Processing and Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If your return is denied (e.g., the item is used, damaged, or returned outside of the eligible return window), we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the steps above to initiate a return.
  2. Once your return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
  3. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please let us know when you contact customer service, and we will provide assistance in processing your exchange.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@jimiscaps.com or 626-253-7090. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a refund, replacement, or exchange, as applicable.

  • Defective Items: If an item is defective, please provide photos of the damage and a description of the issue when you contact us.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a return and send you the correct item at no extra charge.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Some items may not be eligible for returns or refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items.
  • Sale/Clearance Items.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Exchange Shipping: In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you if the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong size, color, or defective product). Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

8. Refunds Processing Time

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
